WHAT IS THE BOOTCAMP?

The community gyms bootcamp is the ultimate way to start your fitness & fat-loss journey, no matter what your starting point...

4 WEEKS OF TRAINING 

You'll recieve three 45 minute group sessions per week, for 4 weeks. The aim during these sessions will be fat loss, strength & an increase in general fitness. 

NUTRITION STRATEGY

Recieve nutritional guidace throughout the bootcamp, to make sure you're making the right choices at home as well as in the gym!

ONLINE SUPPORT 

Online support available should you have any questions during the 4 week period.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

WHERE?

The bootcamp is held at Community Gyms, Mill lane, Bridge, Canterbury, CT4 5LH - just outside of Canterbury.

WHEN?

The bootcamp will start on January 15th, and will run for four weeks. Sessions will be on Monday, Wednesday & Friday with three slots to choose from (06:00 / 09:30 / 19:30)

HOW MUCH?

There is an earlybird cost of just £99 up until 8th January. After that it will be £129. However, you can sign-up for a free taster session on this page, up until the start date!
